Terms of service
These terms cover the BFT Editorial Platform, a private workspace for the Bahrain Financial Tribune (BFT) newsroom, built and run for BFT by SI DevWorks (SI Enterprise Labs). By signing in you agree to them.
Who can use it
Only people with an account created by a BFT administrator. Keep your password to yourself and tell an administrator straight away if you think someone else has used your account. Administrators can change your role or close your account at any time.
Acceptable use
- Use the platform only for BFT's editorial work.
- Import only content you have the right to use, from accounts you are allowed to access.
- Don't try to get around access controls, overload the service or reach data you aren't meant to see.
Content and AI drafts
Content created in the platform belongs to BFT. Drafts written or translated by AI tools can contain mistakes: an editor must check every piece before it is published, and BFT is responsible for what it publishes.
Connected Google accounts
Connecting Gmail or Google Drive is optional and read-only. The platform imports only the items you choose, as described in the privacy policy. You can disconnect from My account or revoke access in your Google Account settings at any time.
Availability
We work to keep the platform running and your data safe, but it is provided as is, and features may change. Scheduled posts depend on the social networks and services they are sent to.
Changes and contact
